Coaching. There are many coaching choices out there. It’s because successful people get advice. They use coaches as sounding boards and to see blind spots. The fact I'm 'practicing' (defined as I'm putting my own money at risk, not someone else's) gives me perspective you can use. A sounding board with a keen experiential eye to what works and what doesn't - you’ll pay for expertise, but you'll also be paying for avoiding the mistakes I've already made. Most professionals have more than a handful of activities they are very good at. These don't need work necessarily. Where is the gap in what you need to improve on and what you are doing about it? How are you going to get the gains you need and desire? More margins will result, and let’s face it, margin makes your world go round.
